Agreements that hold, without the office visit.
Draft in two minutes. Each party signs with a one-time email code. The wording is sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint anyone can verify — no account needed.
Professional agreements & pacts
Rent, loans, freelance work, job offers, partnerships. The exact wording is frozen and hashed the moment it is sent; every signature is tied to that hash with time, email and device recorded. If there is ever a dispute, the audit trail is what you would show a court — and for anything substantial, you can add an advocate as a witness signer.
- 01Sealed with a fingerprint. Change one letter and the seal breaks.
- 02Signed with email codes. A simple electronic signature under the ETO 2002.
- 03A full audit trail. Who signed, when, from where, and exactly what text.
- 04Verifiable by anyone. Scan the certificate's QR — no account needed.
Abba promises the bicycle. Hamza promises the homework. Both sign — Hamza with a gold star — and the certificate goes on the fridge.
Promises, made properly
Study pacts, screen-time deals, chore charts, a father's promise to his son. Everyone gets a bright, hand-drawn certificate sealed with the same real fingerprint — and kids without email sign in person with a gold star you record from your dashboard.
The officially official
Officially best friends. The no-flaking pact. The borrowed-hoodie agreement. Settle the bet with paperwork. They are not contracts — the certificate says so — but they are sealed, numbered and verifiable, which makes the joke land even better.
Four steps, two minutes
- 1Write it down. Pick a template or write your own.
- 2Each side signs. A one-time code to every email. Kids sign with a star.
- 3It seals. One fingerprint over every word, forever.
- 4Keep the certificate. Print it, share it, or show it if there is ever a dispute.
Legal note. Pakistan's Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 recognises electronic signatures. A code sent to your email is a simple electronic signature; Pactifynow records who signed, when, from where and exactly what text, which is the evidence you would rely on. Some documents, such as property transfers, wills and powers of attorney, have their own rules and stamp duty requirements. Pactifynow is a signing tool, not a law firm. For anything substantial, have an advocate review. Promises and just-for-fun certificates are exactly that: not contracts, and not meant to be.
